路菲，1986年生，中共党员，2017年5月博士毕业于西北工业大学机械设计及理论专业，2017年7月进入河南科技大学车辆与交通工程学院从事教学与科研工作，现为河南科技大学副教授，硕士生导师，机械原理及机械设计教研室副主任。

（2）主持河南省科技攻关项目《基于柔轮磨损的谐波减速器传动性能与结构优化关键技术研究》1项，在研；
